The Oxford Terrace project was a complex upgrade and repair to an existing commercial building. These upgrades consisted of BRB bracing, foundation lift of 190mm, upgraded facade and decorative sun screens, upgrade of the internal office space and additional floor area was added. The foyer and entrance area required a re-design, as did the roof and parapet.

This project proved to be quite complex and challenging, making us think outside the box to find alternative solutions. It kept us continuously learning as we progressed through various aspects from design through to construction and was a great way to see the strengths of AP Design, and the consultants we collaborated with, shine through.
