The Portlink business park was selected as the new base for the Denstock distribution centre in Christchurch. With the site secure, AP Design set about designing and detailing a 1000m² purpose built warehouse, with a spacious 170m² office block within a quick timeframe. The main contractor was involved throughout the entire design and detailing process which made for a smooth build.

Our advice, wherever possible, is to select a strong consultant team, and involve a dedicated contractor so that we can deliver the best outcome for our clients.
