109 Deans Ave is the first of a two stage multi unit development. It consists of a 4 townhouse block over three levels. AP Design has been involved in this project since 2012 and have provided design and documentation services as well as overseeing all aspects of the resource consent and building consent approvals process. During the construction Phase AP Design worked alongside the developer/builder to ensure his vision was fulfilled. With spacious midfloor living areas and abundant outdoor space above street level providing views across Hagley Park South the development has become benchmark of quality inner city living which has resulted in significant returns for the developer.
